Making a public post just in case someone that can help me stumbles upon this page.
I'm looking a hip-hop dance class for adults with a good dance instructor in Calgary, preferably the south. If anyone recommends any places, goes to or knows of any good hip-hop lessons, it would be appreciated!


I took dance lessons about two years ago at the dance centre and It was really fun. After that year, I wanted to look for a place that was more advanced, and more professional. So, I tried dance with france, and they turned out to be a big fail. Kristy and I went to a one day "Intermediate Hip-hop for adults" and there was only one other girl with us in the class. The female instructor and her seemed to know each other, so Kristy and I felt out of place. She also made us seem like we didnt belong in that class even though I felt that what she thought us was completely boring. The fact that she wasn't even sure what she was teaching us totally lost my interest in being there. So now, Kristy and I are looking for some place to go, but I can't seem to find any good place to go.

I thought of going back to the dance centre, but the guy who thought me is no longer there, and I'm not sure they are teaching adults hip hop anymore.

I can't sleep.

i fell asleep about an hour ago for a little bit infront of the computer, while i was reading my old entries. i had a dream that i was eating an apple, but towards the end, i was afraid that my teeth would fall off. it didn't really make sense. then minutes later, i notice that a very cute boy is eyeing me and he comes up and tells me that he likes me. he was telling me some things, but i can't really remember anymore. how could i possibly have forgotten already?
and even though the dream was short, it was a nice moment. knowing that someone would have the guts to confess their feelings for me in person and actually show it. lately, i've been having trouble trusting people (boys mostly) and all i've been getting are lies.

now about the old entries, i can't believe that i used to obsess over dan. my god. i didn't even really know him. all he was good for was sex and he was nice to look at, but i made it seem like a big deal, as if there was something going on between us when those feelings i felt for him weren't real. lust, i tell you. same with cory, dominic, don and justin. though, i liked getting roses from justin. i miss that, but then again, what girl doesn't like getting flowers?

i'm glad those days are over.
i'm done with boys. i should just go find myself a hot lesbian lover.

ps. i miss going to "punk rock" shows, too.

and right now, i'm watching the flames game.

on the other hand,
i finally cleaned the huge mess that my room was. i slept on my bed for the first time last night (not including friday because other people slept in here with me) and i've been in my room pretty much the whole day, which is the bad thing about my room being clean. i shall try to avoid that.

note:
leftover vegan lemon chicken from buddhas veggie does not taste good the next day for it tastes like rubber.
never leave 5 bottles of hard liquor right outside of my room just in case i get upset, sad or mad. no, i did not drink them all.

last night, friends and i went to broken city again. had a good time dancing to some weirdass music. haha kidding. i remember giving my phone number to a boy last night wearing a red shirt. i also remember his eyes being scary looking. they were all black like he was possessed by evil. or maybe i was imagining things. who knows. who cares.

then i came home and ate the rest of my vietnamese food, which made me terribly sick.
you know when you're kind of drunk, you tend to do stupid things like.... give people drunken messages especially the ones whom you fancy? i remember doing that, too. woops!

i've had bad experiences the first and LAST two times.
number one: i was apparently being really bitchy that night, which i'm usually not at parties when i'm drunk, i think, but lets blame it all on the alcohol anyways.
number two: i feel terribly sick. i puked last night during the cab ride home AND this morning. not a pretty feeling and i was having some pretty fucked up dreams.

it could be because it's spiced rum.

broken city was a fun time. didn't make out with any cute boys, sadly. oh well.

ps. drunk typing is fun. i remember doing that last night.
